Common questions

What do I need to rent?

A valid driving licence, government ID, a credit card and two years of driving history. Minimum age is 21 for everyday cars, 25 for premium and 30 for high-performance models.

When does insurance start?

Our commercial cover activates the moment you unlock the car in the app and ends when you return it. The owner's OCTA is valid throughout.

Can I cross the border?

Yes. Lithuania and Estonia are included. Notify us in the trip notes if you plan to leave Latvia.

What if I return late?

Late returns extend the rental automatically at the daily rate plus a grace period. Contact support if you are delayed.

How is the deposit released?

After the car is inspected via photo proof, the hold is released by your bank. This usually takes up to three working days.
